Screening Procedure

David Carter, a highly experienced recruitment professional undertakes the screening on your behalf. Your candidates and your staff will only ever have to deal with one point of contact.

In a typical exercise, this will involve:

  • Initial CV screening against your own selection criteria
  • Written rejection of unsuccessful applications on your stationery, or provision of mail-merged names and addresses for your own administration.
  • In-depth telephone interview with relevant applicants to provide second level of screening down to a predetermined number of candidates.

The service is extremely flexible and is so cost effective that you can also include agency applications for pre-screening, putting an end to the barrage of sales follow-up calls that all employers experience during recruitment exercises.
